All sales of digital goods are final and non-refundable once the license has been delivered and download access has been granted. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
1. General Policy
Asurix sells digital goods (software licenses). Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are final once the license key and download access have been delivered to the customer. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for digital goods after delivery has occurred.
This policy is in accordance with standard industry practices for digital software products and is clearly stated prior to purchase completion.
2. What Constitutes "Delivery"
Delivery is considered to have occurred when any of the following takes place:
- Your license key has been activated in our system.
- A download link or license key has been sent to your provided email address.
- You have accessed or logged into your dashboard where the product is available for download.
- The product has been downloaded using your account credentials.
3. Exceptions — When We May Issue a Refund
We may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Non-delivery: If you have not received your license key or access within 24 hours of payment and our support team is unable to resolve the delivery issue.
- Duplicate purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice within the same billing session, contact us immediately.
- Unauthorized charge: If the charge was made without your authorization. We require evidence and reserve the right to verify claims.
- Product fundamentally not as described: If the product fails to deliver any of the core features listed on the product page and our support team has been unable to resolve the issue after a reasonable period.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- Your Minecraft account was banned or restricted due to server-side detection.
- You purchased the wrong plan and the license has already been accessed.
- The product no longer functions due to a Minecraft game update (we will issue a fix, not a refund).
- You claim the product did not meet your personal expectations after download and use.
- Your account was terminated due to Terms of Service violations.
5. Chargeback Policy
Filing a fraudulent chargeback or dispute with your payment provider constitutes a violation of these Terms. If a chargeback is filed, your license will be immediately and permanently revoked. We reserve the right to contest any chargebacks with evidence of service delivery. Repeated fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to relevant authorities.
6. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions listed in Section 3, you must:
- Contact us within 72 hours of purchase via our contact page.
- Include your order number, registered email address, and a detailed description of the issue.
- Allow up to 5 business days for our team to review your request.
Refund requests submitted after 72 hours from purchase will not be considered under any circumstances.
